July 2025 – Leasey.AI is proud to announce its upcoming participation at PropTech Connect in London, Europe’s largest real estate technology conference, made possible by the 2025 UK-Germany PropTech Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) Program.
Leasey.AI will travel to the UK and Germany this fall to meet with potential partners, clients, and investors while showcasing its AI-powered leasing automation platform to an international audience. The opportunity provides Leasey.AI with in-market support as it explores opportunities to expand operations into two of Europe’s most promising PropTech ecosystems.

The UK and Germany represent significant growth markets for real estate technology. The UK PropTech sector reached $2.24 billion USD in 2022 and is projected to grow at a 14.3% CAGR through 2030. Germany’s PropTech market is expected to grow from $1.83 billion USD in 2023 to $12.7 billion by 2035.
