Automatically Notify Leads and Cancel Showings When Unpublishing
When you unpublish a property, Leasey.AI now automatically notifies all “in-review” leads and cancels any upcoming showings—saving you time and avoiding confusion.
How to Use This Feature:
When unpublishing a property, make sure you turn on the toggles for:
- Notify Leads
- Cancel Upcoming Showings
…before clicking “Confirm.”
Add Contact Information Display for Property Support
Help applicants get the support they need with a new “Need Help?” button that displays your chosen point of contact’s name, email, and phone number.
How to Set Up Contact Display:
Go to the People settings tab for any property and select either your company’s main contact or a specific leasing agent team member. Want to keep things private? Just uncheck the boxes to hide contact info.
Enable One-Click Apply Now Button on Listing Pages
Make it easier for qualified renters to apply with a one-click “Apply Now” button that now appears on both listing pages and showing links.
How to Enable Apply Now Button:
Head to Showing Advanced Settings and toggle on: “Display ‘Apply Now’ button on booking page”
Access SingleKey Tenant Screening for U.S. Properties
You asked, we delivered! Leasey.AI now integrates with SingleKey, a top tenant screening service in North America. Instantly order credit reports, background checks, ID verification, and more—right from the Leasey.AI platform.
Where to Find SingleKey Screening:
Go to the Screening tab in the Tenant Guest Card → Select United States → Click Order under the SingleKey option → Click Preview to view the report.
Syndicate Rental Listings Across 48+ Platforms
We’ve expanded our syndication network to over 48 rental marketplaces, MLS platforms, and association partners across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring your listings get maximum exposure automatically.
Newly Supported Syndication Platforms Include:
- Zumper (new)
- Padmapper (new)

- Zillow
- Facebook Marketplace
- Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) …and many more, powered by our RentalBeast partnership.
Manage Flexible Showing Requests with Waitlist Feature
Don’t lose a good lead just because time slots don’t match. Leads can now request up to 3 alternative showing times, which go into a Waitlist for your review. Once approved, Leasey automatically confirms and notifies the lead.
How to Activate Showing Waitlist:
Go to Showing Advanced Settings → Toggle on “Custom Availability Request.”
View Personalized Showing Itinerary in Beta
Leasing agents can now view all their upcoming showings across assigned properties in one easy, mobile-friendly itinerary. This beta feature shows lead details, times, confirmation status, and more.
Perfect for staying organized and on the move.
Sync Showing Details to Google Calendar and Outlook
We’ve enhanced calendar syncs! Now, synced showings include:
- Lead Name
- Phone Number
- Confirmation Status
Everything you need appears right inside your Google Calendar or Outlook—no tab-switching needed.
Automate Facebook Marketplace Listing Posts with AI
Posting to Facebook Marketplace just got smarter. With AI-powered automation, Leasey can:
